From the mid-fifteenth century forward, for the first time, the whole Platonic corpus was available in Ficino's Latin translation. Before then, only the first half of the 'Timaeus' had widely circulated in Latin.

After c.1450 all of Plato was available. Before that, only the first half of 'Timaeus' was known
